Please find below the list of documents we would need to have a complete file from you:

1. Participant eligibility form + Candidate Information
2. Host company full contact information and detailed offer letter
3. 3Two (2) letters of reference within the past two (2) years. (Only 1 letter is required for the internship programs)
4. Copy of last diploma and/ or transcript if still enrolled (In original language and translated in English);
5. Copy of passport;
6. Copies of any past visas (visas for the U.S. only);
7. Emergency contact information;
8. Two (2) valid phone numbers where you can be reached at all time (at least one must be a land line)!
