Career Ladder Training Program

Through its Career Ladder Training Program, USAP provides on going opportunities to train, develop and groom hospitality professionals. This program is geared for candidates to continue their experience within the same Corporate chain after the completion of there training within the United Sates.

The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria:

A perfect command of English
A bachelors degree in Hospitality Management
At least 18 months of relevant experience after graduation
An exceptional personality
USAP past candidates who have been promoted to supervisor or manager

We seek candidates with outstanding references from their current and past employers!
