Career Ladder Training Program
Through its Career Ladder Training Program, USAP provides on going opportunities to train, develop and groom hospitality professionals. This program is geared for candidates to continue their experience within the same Corporate chain after the completion of there training within the United Sates.
The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria:
- A perfect command of English
- A bachelors degree in Hospitality Management
- At least 18 months of relevant experience after graduation
- An exceptional personality
- USAP past candidates who have been promoted to supervisor or manager
We seek candidates with outstanding references from their current and past employers!

Application Format Requirements*:
- Your detailed resume including your photograph (Maximum 2 pages).
- Your motivation letter: Explain, based on your working experience, why you think you should be considered for the Academy. Explain what contribution you could make to Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
