Candidates
USA Placement's program is meant for one specific reason: for you to gain a great experience that would help your future career in your home country. Even in the best hotels, things may not always go as expected. When choosing a company, you have to find out where their service ends. Will you get support and service during the course of the whole traineeship?

Many things can happen over the duration of the training period and at times you will not know what to do or who to turn to. USA Placement will be here to offer advice and help should you come across this type of situation. With many other companies, their relationship with the candidate ends once their training period begins.

Before choosing to go with any company, you should ask the company the following questions:

  1. What happens if the host hotel does not give the promised or proper training?
  2. Would I be able to move to another hotel of my finding that would give me the desired training? (Many companies will only give the options to go home or stay in the current situation)
  3. Have you ever had candidates who did not receive proper training?
  4. What did you do to help the candidate? (Did the company help in rectifying the problem?)
  5. Can we contact these individuals?
  6. Do you get paid for your services by the host hotel? (You have to ask yourself, if the hotel is paying for the company's services, which is the priority? The paying hotel, or the candidate? When things go wrong, whose side will the placement company be on?)
  7. Does your sponsorship organization have different health insurance coverage plans?

If any of these questions are not answered to your satisfaction, we encourage you to contact us.
