J-1 12-18 months Premier Management Training Program*
- The Candidate must already have a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least one year of prior related work experience outside the United States in its occupational field.

- The Candidate must have sufficient English skills
to function on a day-to day basis in his program environment.
- USAP Candidate must be a graduate with a Bachelor degree and at least one year of previous related experience. (Minimum 2 relevant internships)

- USAP Candidate must have an excellent command of English.

- USAP Candidate must reflect high professionalism and a great hospitality personality.

-USAP Candidate must be Management Material.
J-1 12 Months Enhanced Training Program - USAP Candidate must be a graduate with a Bachelor degree and at least one year of previous related experience. (Minimum 2 relevant internships)

- USAP Candidate must have an excellent command of English.

- USAP Candidate must reflect high professionalism and a great hospitality personality. -USAP Candidate must be Management Material.
- USAP Candidate must be a graduate with a degree and at least one year of previous related experience.

- USAP Candidate must have a fluent and comfortable command of English.

- USAP Candidate must reflect high professionalism and a great hospitality personality.
J-1 6-12 months Internship Programs - The candidate must be currently enrolled in and pursuing studies at a degree or certificate granting post secondary academic institution; Or graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to his exchange.

- The Candidate must have sufficient English skills to function on a day-to-day basis in his program environment.
- USAP Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management for a top School/University.

- USAP Candidate must be fluent in English.

- USAP Candidate must reflect high professionalism and a great hospitality personality.

* Note that the regular length of time for a Training program is 12-month. Only candidates hired for true supervisory positions or above can be hired for an 18-month period.

How the program works
USA Placement will:

  • Recruit and identify highly qualified candidates from the top hotel management universities at no cost to your property.
  • Screen candidates for applicable business qualifications and experience.
  • Verify the candidate's educational background.
  • Pre-qualify the applicants for proficient fluency in English.
  • Provide you the applicant's resume and arrange telephone interviews at your convenience.
  • Assist in developing a qualified training program for your new trainee.
  • Assist in all J-1 Visa administrative procedures with the sponsorship organization.
  • Provide assistance on relocation issues.
  • We stay in constant contact with you and the trainees throughout the entire program to ensure a mutually successful relationship.
