We are always interested in finding representatives that will adhere to our standards and be as passionate about what we do. We would be interested to speak with you if you meet certain criteria.

Our company is unlike any other in the sense that we are very strict on whom we accept as a candidate, what hotels we work with and who we choose as partners. The main requirements if we are going to consider your applicants are they must have at least one year prior hotel experience and speak English. This would be for the internship levels as these are more line positions.

The requirements for the J1 visa program have changed greatly and have become much stricter so if you are not familiar with them we suggest you do your research so that you know who will qualify and who will not. (It is our function to find great positions for your candidates, not to teach you about the rules and regulations). It is also your responsibility to see if you would be successful on getting your applicants approved as we do not want to lose our time and take applicants money if we know they have a high risk of denial.

Some examples for an 18 month "Management Training" are as follows.

1. USAP candidates must be between 18 to 45

2. Candidates must have a BA or Master's degree in hospitality management with one year experience or a 2 year degree with at least 5 years experience in the hotel industry in the related department (for 18 month positions). For 12 month position 5 years experience are enough.
3. Candidates must be absolutely fluent in English.

Below is a list of the basic requirements in order to work with us. You must be able to supply this before we can consider working with you.

1. You must be a licensed company and show proof of this. You must supply us with the department of labor or government office numbers and website where we can call and verify this.

2. You must supply us with references of companies that you are working with and contact numbers of people at the company. (Please note they must be known hotels or companies that can be verified easily).

3. You must have an active website up that discusses what your company does and your services so that we know you keep your clients well informed and so that we can eventually link your site to us.

4. You must send us examples of current clients cv's.

5. Your company representatives must also be fluent in English.
