12-18-month Premier Management Training Program will allow you to hire graduates from the best Schools and Universities in Europe who possess at least a Bachelor degree as well as previous, valuable hospitality experience and professionalism!

18 Months Premier Management Training
  • Between 21 and 34
  • Graduate with a Bachelor with at least 1 year of experience or Higher diploma with 3 years of experience
  • Exceptional fluency in English
  • Management Material
  • A training at Management level (Will be at minimum Supervisory position)
  • Include Management type responsibility
12 Months Premier Management Training
  • Between 21 and 34
  • Graduate with a Bachelor or a Higher diploma with at least 2 completed internships
  • Exceptional in English
  • A training starting at entry level position
  • A detailed training plan with opportunities to learn management techniques and have an overview of the chosen department(s)
  • Opportunities for promotion and/or advancement based on performance.

Host Hotels requirements:
  1. Host organizations must not use a Trainee for ordinary employment purposes and must not place trainees in positions that are filled or would be filled by full-time or part time employees. However, the Department of State does recognize that “work is an essential component of on-the-job training and that performing work is an essential component of the training experience”. Trainees may not be placed in positions that require more than 20 percent clerical work over the course of their program.

  2. Host organization must have a clearly defined and documented Management Training Program in place for the trainee that will ensure that the trainee receives, at the very least, exposure to all facets of the management process ensuring the furtherance of the trainee’s skill set. In order to qualify for the full 18-month program, the training plan must support the management training components.

It is important to note that candidates might have the opportunity to apply for another Training or Management Training under certain conditions. Trainees are eligible to apply for additional training programs that would “address the development of more advanced skills or a different field of expertise” and that they would be absent from the United States for at least 2 years.

12-month Enhanced Training Program will allow you to hire graduates from the top Schools and Universities all over the world who possess the right education, experience, professionalism, and attitude to develop their career in hospitality.

Host Hotels requirements:
  1. Host organizations must not use a Trainee for ordinary employment purposes and must not place trainees in positions that are filled or would be filled by full-time or part time employees. However, the Department of State does recognize that “work is an essential component of on-the-job training and that performing work is an essential component of the training experience”. Trainees may not be placed in positions that require more than 20 percent clerical work over the course of their program.

  2. Host organization must have a clearly defined and documented Training Program in place for the trainee that will ensure that the trainee receives, at the very least, exposure to all facets of the department(s) they are trained in. In order to ensure real learning experience and to qualify for the full 12-month program, the training plan must include either participation to Management meetings or to monthly classes on management practices. Host organization must adhere to said Training Program.

Internship Program will allow you to hire interns for a 6 to 12 month period from the best Schools and Universities in Europe. These candidates, while learning American techniques, will bring you a great international expertise and you will find that they possess a real motivation to learn and gain a hands-on experience!

Host Hotels requirements:
  1. Host organizations must not use an Intern for ordinary employment purposes and must not place interns in positions that are filled or would be filled by full-time or part-time employees. However, the Department of State does recognize that “work is an essential component of on-the-job training . . . and that performing work is an essential component of the training experience”. Interns may not be placed in positions that require more than 20 percent clerical work during the course of their internship program.

  2. Host organizations must have a clear outline of the internship, especially when the trainee is performing work as a component of the training experience, which clearly delineates actual work from the learning program. The learning program must be designed to enhance the intern’s skills through exposure to the American techniques, methodologies and expertise; additionally the learning program must provide the intern an understanding of American culture and society. Host organization must adhere to said Training Program and Internship Guidelines.


It is important to note that the candidate will have the possibility to apply for a 12-month Training Program or 18-month Management Program after one or more 6 to 12-month Internship Program if they meet the requirements and have been absent from the United States for at least 2 years.
