Miguel Gonzalez, President of USAP
Miguel has been in the hospitality and tourism industry since 1987. Former owner of a travel agency and member of the LTG consortia, Mr. Gonzalez founded USAP in 1998 after seeing the need of having qualified international individuals within the tourism and hospitality sector as well as working more personally and efficiently for students/graduates making use of the service of a recruitment company.
Barbara Douglass, Director of Organizational Development
The USA Placement Team is proud to announce the arrival of Ms Barbara Douglas, she is joining USAP as Director of Organizational Development. Ms Douglass has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources in a variety of industries. Her most recent experience has been with two prestigious resort properties in California. The last one being a AAA Five-Diamond award winning resort.
Manuel Kessler, Manger-International Operations
Manuel is an alumnus of the Glion Institute of Higher Education and is currently the manager of international operation for the U.S. office. He started as the Assistant Office Manager in the Swiss office in 2005 and has been promoted twice since his induction. Manuel is fluent in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish; he loves sports, traveling, and is always open to new challenges.
Aaron Ness, Regional Team Specialist
Aaron is an alumnus of the Glion Institute of Higher Education and he joins USA Placement as a Regional Team Specialist for the United States office in Los Angeles. He is currently pursing training in Human Resources and Marketing. Aaron was born in Australia and raised in both Indonesia and the State of Minnesota which gives him a great appreciation for travel as well as experiencing different cultures. Aaron is well suited to meet the needs of his clients.

Emmanuel is an alumni of the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. Emmanuel not only knows the hotel industry from the inside but also understands what our candidates are looking for when starting a career in hotel management.
Alise Boiko, Project Manager
Alise is a graduate of the Swiss Hotel Management School in Caux/Montreux, which is part of the Swiss Education Group. Her unique insight with the Swiss hotel management institutions and her sincere interest in human resources and public relations has given her the ability to work effectively within the USAP team.
Charlotte Kohler - International Coordinator
Charlotte is a graduate from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, she joins USA Placement as an International Coordinator in the Swiss office. She is in charge of Marketing & Events and in constant contact with the Swiss and European hotel schools. Being half German, half Portuguese Charlotte fits perfectly in the international USA Placement team

Diego Brunner as Regional Team Specialist
Diego received his bachelor's degrees in marketing and management from George Mason University. He earned his MBA from Strayer University in Washington, DC. He has just come aboard the USAP team in early 2006. During his childhood, Diego lived in Asia, Latin America, and Africa. This gave him a great appreciation for travel and experiencing different cultures.
Haein Lim as Assistant Office Manager (Swiss Office)
Haein is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, she joined USA Placement in Switzerland as the Assistant Office Manager to give inside perspective of our prospective candidates. Haein is working on organizing presentations and career fairs in relations with our preferred Universities and Schools in Switzerland and Europe. She comes from a very international background as she has lived and studied in South Korea, the USA, and Switzerland. Based in Lausanne she especially enjoys skiing in winter.
