12-18 - Month Premier Management Training Program

Our Premier Management Training program provides graduates who have the academic credentials as well as exceptionally strong English skills, and solid experience the opportunity to gain valuable management preparation, hands-on experience, and operations insight at high-end, luxury properties as well as well-known international chains. Graduates who demonstrate their readiness for this challenging opportunity will have the ability to increase their hands-on experience and prepare for themselves for a rewarding career. Participants who excel in this program often have the opportunity for advancement. Competitive, minimum stipends will be guaranteed.

12 - Month Enhanced Training Program

This program has been specifically designed for those who desire an opportunity to enhance their levels of English, broaden their hospitality work experience, as well as the advantages of the cultural learning experience provided through this program and are not quite ready for the level of responsibility and or who do not meet the expectations in the Premier Management Training Program. Positions will generally be “back of the house” and more than likely will not provide advancement. They will provide, however, excellent exposure to the hospitality industry with an opportunity to enhance English fluency and operational experience within a hotel or resort setting. This will be achieved by enrolling the trainee in regular development courses throughout the program that may focus on a wide range of topics such as leadership, guest service, safety skills, OSHA programs, etc. The prevailing wage for the geographical location will be guaranteed.

Internship Program 6-12 Months

Our Internship program will allow you to go to the US for a 6 to 12 month period and experience the American working environment in a luxurious 4* or 5* hotel or resort, as well as outstanding, prominent International chains. This experience will bring you a great international exposure and you will while learning and gaining a hands-on experience! You will be paid at least the minimum local wage.

You will have the possibility to repeat this experience several times provided that you meet the criteria and if you are either still enrolled in your School or University or graduated for less than 1year.

Keep in mind that you will have the opportunity to apply for our Management Training Program even after completing several internships! (See J-1 Visa requirements)
